Kompete combines more than twenty years of hands-on experience in regulatory affairs, formulation science, stability and analytical testing, and commercial manufacturing.
That range sits on both sides of a divide most consultants only see from one. Writing the formula, running the stability study, preparing the submission, standing on the floor during the first production run, and building the costing model that determines whether any of it makes commercial sense.
Those decisions are usually made separately, by people who cannot see what the others are constrained by. The result is products that are technically sound, licensable in their intended market, manufacturable at the volume required, and priced to work.

Why the range matters
